Guaranteed Exit on your share of the prevailing market value of your investment

There is a close end holding period of 5 years for all investors ; we recommend a multiyear holding period beyond the close end period for you to generate a juicy RoI - however its your money and we want you to control how your money behaves, hence UrbanSahari will guarantee you an exit at your share of the prevailing market rate

We have secured Line of Credit / revolving credit facility with our banking partners on the fully paid up equity value of the property invested, to guarantee you exit at any given time, if you are not content with the investment or if you get a better avenue giving you the residency and Tax free income benefit you are free to exit

In the event multiple investors in the same LLC want an exit, we will honor a simple majority (5 shareholders) to liquidate the entire unit and dissolve the LLC to distribute the fair share of all shareholders. Those investors who didn't wish to exit will be included in another similar investment keeping their residency status intact

Technically you can remain invested with us and keep your residency status intact, lifelong in both the resident and investor themes, since we invest in freehold properties. We will transfer your share to your nominee, ideally your spouse, adult children or next of kin at no cost, should you advise us.

Both investment themes allow you to exit at any given time after a closed end holding period of 5 years. Property value appreciation is a long game and usually rewards investors with a long term multidecade holding period - hence we invite experienced and Accredited investors with a liquid net worth of at least USD 400 - 500k so that investing in UrbanSahari doesn't exceed 10% of your total investment portfolio value.
